Sales Leader

As the Territory Sales Leader, you will manage both medium regional accounts and small national accounts. This role, which requires retail sales experience, focuses on driving sales growth through effective execution of strategies and building strong relationships. Candidates based in or near Etobicoke will be preferred to ensure coverage and responsiveness in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies to meet team targets

• Manage time across regional and national accounts

• Suggest orders and maintain product distribution

• Monitor product display compliance and shelf stocking

• Strengthen partnerships with store managers and staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 2+ years of sales and retail experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver’s license required
