Join Minto as a Live-In Superintendent based in Etobicoke. You will ensure building maintenance and resident satisfaction while providing exceptional customer service in a supportive environment.
Minto is seeking a Live-In Superintendent responsible for the upkeep of residential buildings. This role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in repairs and maintenance. You will perform routine tasks in suites and common areas, liaising with property managers and ensuring tenant satisfaction through swift service request handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident service requests promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections regularly
• Ensure units are rent-ready for new tenants
• Document service requests via Smartphone App
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule
Requirements:
• Minimum two years relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Skills in appliance repair and plumbing
• Knowledge of building codes and HVAC systems
• Basic computer skills and smartphone proficiency
