This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of office operations and contribute to a professional and collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities as Office Coordinator
Oversee daily office operations and provide IT support for the team
Organize meetings, events, and internal gatherings
Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative tasks
Act as a point of contact for external partners and service providers
Take initiative and propose improvements to processes or office management
Support other ad hoc tasks as required
Your Profile as Office Coordinator
5-10 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role
Very good spoken and written English and French or Dutch (German is an asset)
Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
Comfortable with IT tools and basic troubleshooting
Experience in event organization is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Professional, discreet, and adaptable
