Technical Writer

Key Requirements:

• Associate degree in Business, Communications, Engineering Technology, or related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years experience in report writing, technical documentation, or administrative support
• Mastery of Microsoft Power Point
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written communication and editing capabilities
• Keen eye for formatting, consistency, and detail
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in engineering, construction, or technical environments is a plus

Main Duties:

• Craft professional PowerPoint presentations based on content, data, and guidance from engineering teams
• Organize technical details into clear, concise, and engaging reports
• Edit, proofread, and format documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to understand reporting goals and expectations
• Apply branding standards across all materials
• Manage multiple report projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines
• Maintain document templates and suggest process improvements for reporting workflows
• Ensure all deliverables are client-ready and visually compelling
