Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Temporary (through October, based on business needs)
Schedule: Part-Time | Tuesday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hourly
Location: Onsite in Euclid
OverviewStaffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Customer Experience team. This role focuses heavily on coordination, hospitality support, and ensuring a high-quality experience for customer visits and internal events.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant tour equipment on a daily basis
- Clean and maintain shoe cover cabinets on a weekly basis
- Order, organize, and stock safety glasses across multiple locations
- Coordinate catering, including breakfast, lunch, and internal meeting requests
- Schedule dinner reservations for visitors and meetings
- Prepare customer visit materials, including:
- Name badges and nameplates
- Agendas and café cards
- Red Zone cards and additional hospitality items
- Pull, document, and gift wrap customer gifts for events and visits
- Coordinate drop-off and pick-up of tablecloths with dry cleaning vendors
- Set up and break down meeting rooms, including light cleaning and furniture adjustments
- Meet and assist caterers/delivery drivers, often managing multiple deliveries
- Maintain supply closet by:
- Ordering snacks, beverages, and supplies
- Restocking and organizing inventory
- Labeling items with expiration dates
- Prepare and maintain snack areas
- Distribute appreciation items to tour guides
- Track and enter customer visit data in Excel
- Maintain nameplate holders across buildings
- Support additional administrative and hospitality tasks as needed
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with light physical tasks (setting up rooms, moving supplies)
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between nearby buildings
