We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Mayfield Heights, OH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

• Support the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively.
• Enforce established policies, procedures and standards.
• Schedule mechanics/technicians work.
• Manage outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs.
• Meet customer expectations and safety of team members.

• Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services.
• Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
• Deliver timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Drive Mavis sales initiatives.
• Communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair and maintenance information.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess:
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales.
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance.
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
