Customer Service Representative

Marathon TS has an upcoming need for Customer Service Representatives supporting a federal agency in Euclid, OH. You will be responsible for the following:

• Extensive CALL CENTER support services for PBGC customers
• Provides overall clerical support functions for the processing activities.
• Performs a variety of benefit administration and case processing tasks assigned to higher level staff.
• Enters data into the system of record.
• Performs tasks associated with the document management activities to include plan and participant file maintenance (Scanning, indexing and document preparation).
• May be required to travel for data collection trips.

REQUIRED QUALS: (1)

Education:

A GED or high school diploma is required. (2) General

Experience:

At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting answering telephones, retail, etc., or in a similar setting, including demonstrated keyboard board skills, and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers. (3)

Job Description:

The Call Team Level I Agent will be expected to receive inbound participant phone calls and provide appropriate customer service support in accordance with defined PBGC and Serco guidelines. Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls. The successful candidate will be able to provide rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner for extended periods of time in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
