*** PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
**** Supervised interaction with customers (both internal and external) to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.
* Supervised interaction with vendors and service providers to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.
* Complete assigned design and technical development projects independently.
* Work on assigned tasks related to large scale engineering projects.
* Prepare technical drawings.
* Source new parts from vendors.
* Design components as needed.
* Design and quote in-scope engineered and standard designs.
* Provide support to purchasing, production, quality and logistics as directed.
* Perform other duties as directed by the Product Engineering Manager and/or the Lead Product Engineer.

* Education:

** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years minimum industry or relevant engineering experience and actively seeking a Bachelor level degree
** Certifications****:
** Engineer-in-Training / Fundamentals of Engineering
** Project Management Professional

* Experience:

** Pipe stress analysis and finite element analysis experience

Experience working with piping systems or pressure vessels

Experience with metal fabrication and manufacturing

Experience with product testing and failure analysis
