Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands‑on Electronics Test Technician to troubleshoot, test, diagnose, and improve electrical and electronic products in a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys figuring out why equipment, assemblies, or electronic components are not functioning properly and wants to work closely with engineering teams to solve technical problems and improve product performance.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and electromechanical products
- Perform product testing, diagnostics, and validation activities
- Utilize digital multimeters and other test equipment to identify issues and verify performance
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Analyze failed components, returned products, and field issues
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Support prototype builds, engineering lab testing, and new product introductions
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve product reliability and performance
- Assist with ongoing product improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, or electromechanical equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience using digital multimeters for testing and diagnostics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment
- Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Product testing, validation, or diagnostics experience
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Experience supporting industrial equipment, electronics, power electronics, circuit board assemblies, aerospace, defense, or similar technical products
- Direct exposure to Engineering and Product Development teams
