Consolidated Precision Products seeks a Process Engineer to support Aerospace & Defense programs within our Engineering & Design team. You will develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for precision components, driving quality, yield, and cost improvements. Partner with design, quality, and production to scale new products from prototype to full-rate production, apply Lean/Six Sigma tools, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, throughput, and cost
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support new product introduction from prototype to full-rate production
- Create and maintain process documentation, routings, and work instructions
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams on manufacturability
- Analyze production data using SPC and other statistical tools
- Implement Lean/Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste and variation
- Support compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
- Provide technical floor support to resolve process and production issues
