Consolidated Precision Products (CPP Corporation) is seeking an Engineering Co-Op to join our Engineering & Design team in the Aerospace & Defense industry. In this role, you will support engineers in designing and improving precision components, create and revise CAD models and drawings, assist with testing and data analysis, and help solve real manufacturing and performance challenges. You'll collaborate in a culture driven by teamwork and innovation, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies, with strong opportunities for growth and long-term career development across CPP's dynamic sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support engineering and design projects for aerospace and defense components under supervision
- Create and update 3
- D models and engineering drawings using CAD tools
- Assist in test planning, execution, and documentation of engineering evaluations
- Collect, organize, and analyze engineering and production data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design and manufacturing issues
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentation materials
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement activities
- Follow company procedures and aerospace/defense quality standards
Required Skills
- Computer-aided design (CAD)
- Finite element analysis (FEA) fundamentals
- Engineering drawing and GD&T basics
