- Make a meaningful impact in a private practice by collaborating closely with the owner and fellow therapists to enhance our transdisciplinary team.
- Utilize your professional judgment to develop treatment plans without being restricted by a set curriculum or program requirements.
- Your responsibilities will include assessing, devising, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Complete necessary paperwork for ODE, insurance companies, and fulfill other duties in accordance with BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
- Bring your strong clinical background in verbal behavior assessments and skill-based curricula to assist children with special needs and their families in achieving their individual and family goals.
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
- COBA Certification.
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
- Experience working with individuals who have Autism.
- Clear background check.
- BLS or CPR certification.
- A genuine commitment to prioritizing the care of our clients and their families at the forefront of treatment practices.
- A self-starter with the ability to work semi-independently as the clinical supervisor for the ABA department.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized behavior analyst eager to make a difference.
- Familiarity with administering and interpreting various clinical assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.).
