Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BcABA

  • Make a meaningful impact in a private practice by collaborating closely with the owner and fellow therapists to enhance our transdisciplinary team.
  • Utilize your professional judgment to develop treatment plans without being restricted by a set curriculum or program requirements.
  • Your responsibilities will include assessing, devising, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for ODE, insurance companies, and fulfill other duties in accordance with BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
  • Bring your strong clinical background in verbal behavior assessments and skill-based curricula to assist children with special needs and their families in achieving their individual and family goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
  • COBA Certification.
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
  • Experience working with individuals who have Autism.
  • Clear background check.
  • BLS or CPR certification.
