Paramedic — Ohio Ambulance Solutions, LLC, Euclid, OH

Starting Pay: $18–$24+ per hour (based on experience, schedule, and certification).

Paramedics are responsible for treating and transporting a diverse population with chronic and acute health conditions, spanning Pediatrics to Geriatrics and a range of medical experiences from local transports to long-distance trips.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient transport services
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, dispatch, and healthcare partners
  • Maintain accurate trip documentation and patient care reports
  • Operate ambulances and wheelchair vans in compliance with safety and traffic regulations
  • Assist with patient movement, equipment setup, and ensuring comfort at every destination

We provide comprehensive orientation and field training for recent Paramedic school graduates. You’ll be paired with a Field Training Officer who will ensure you’re confident and comfortable in your role before working independently.

Qualifications
  • Current State of Ohio Paramedic Certification (or higher)
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Current CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
  • EVOC/EVDT and Hazardous Materials Operations certifications preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
Physical & Mental Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 150 lbs with assistance
  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and working in varied environments and weather conditions
  • Ability to function calmly and professionally under stress and in emergencies
