University Hospitals Pain Management in South Euclid, OH, is seeking a Patient Access Representative for UH Suburban. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with travel to Solon, Beachwood, and Fairlawn.
You will be the first point of contact, welcome patients, handle registration, insurance, scheduling, billing, and MyChart enrollment, and support care teams to keep patient flow smooth.
