Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
Location
Hospital setting
Shift
Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Assignment Duration
Preferred 20 weeks of winter coverage; 13 weeks also considered
Requirements
All listed requirements and submission criteria are mandatory and non-negotiable.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
- Permanent nursing license in Ohio or a compact state
- Current AHA or equivalent BLS and ACLS certification
- Recent Epic charting experience within the past 6 months
- One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty area; references from charge RNs are also acceptable
- Availability to work at least every other holiday
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores
- Local candidates are eligible for the same pay rate
