Travel Surgical Tech​/ORT - Certified Surgical Technologist​/CST

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist with strong ortho total joint experience for a hospital OR day shift position.

• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent OR CST experience required
• Strong ortho experience in total joint procedures required
• BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross required
• NBSTSA CST certification required (NCCT not accepted)
• Permanent Ohio license or compact license required, license required if applicable
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required
• Reference must be from an assignment worked within the past 12 months

• Hospital OR setting focused on surgical services
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Requires working at least every other holiday
• Perform surgical technologist duties supporting ortho total joint procedures
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation with a passing score required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with medical/religious exemptions only
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent candidates may not return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
