Responsibilities- Perform maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, moderate to minor plumbing repair, moderate to minor electrical issues, HVAC and general life safety concerns within the community.
- Stand for long periods, lift up to 25‑50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Work an 8‑hour shift schedule with the ability to be on call for emergencies and after‑hours duties.
- Maintenance knowledge and a skill set to complete a variety of facility tasks.
- Experience in nursing home or assisted living environments.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25‑50 pounds.
