We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Part-Time Supervisor to help lead our evening operations in Euclid. If you like staying active, supporting a team, and having opportunities to move up — this could be a great fit for you.

• Inspect buildings to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and support team members
• Step in to cover shifts when staffing is low
• Track labor hours and help stay on budget
• Order weekly supplies
• Communicate schedule or policy updates
• Work closely with the Area Manager
• Learn all positions so you can assist where needed
• Identify additional service opportunities (carpet cleaning, etc.)

• Reliable and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership mindset
• Flexible and willing to step into different roles
• Janitorial or facility experience is a plus (not required)
