Position Overview

Hybrid schedule in Lynchburg, VA / Euclid, OH / Barberton, OH

What You'll Do

* Act as the primary project leader and point of contact, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely issue resolution

* Manage end‑to‑end supply chain projects-from evaluation and planning through execution and closeout

* Establish project scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria; develop integrated project plans and documentation

* Oversee scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, critical path, and change control

* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed with proactive communication

* Lead cross‑functional meetings, steering reviews, and gate approvals

* Provide clear, executive‑ready reporting on status, milestones, financials, and risks

* Ensure adherence to company policies, project systems, and documentation standards

* Champion process improvements and best‑practice standardization across the project portfolio

* Analyze data to uncover opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field

* 6+ years of Project Management experience, (leading supply chain initiatives a plus)

* Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑site, cross‑functional projects

* Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and external vendors

* Proficiency with project management systems and tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, etc.)

* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities

* Ability to manage risk, escalate effectively, and drive timely decision‑making

* Skilled in data analysis and data‑driven decision making

* Proven stakeholder management and negotiation abilities

* Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/hold a DOE security clearance

* Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP or similar project management certification

* Lean/Six Sigma experience or continuous improvement background
