Job Overview
We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Euclid, OH, internally titled Logistics Supervisor for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role oversees a team of 10–15 associates supporting middle‑mile e‑commerce operations, including unloading inbound trailers, scanning and sorting packages, and organizing freight for outbound pickup.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day logistics operations.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with contract requirements, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Lead daily floor operations, foster a safety‑first culture, and actively train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize shift/team logistics.
- Maintain positive labor relations, including understanding labor agreements and maintaining a constructive workplace.
- Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Provide orientation for new employees and hands, including necessary technology and materials.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Accountable for site key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations and meet regularly with team members to monitor performance, coach, and recognize successes.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and seek opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases.
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes.

- High degree of initiative and ability to create professional relationships at all levels.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- One year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
- DOT regulated compliance as required.

Annual salary range: $65,000 to $67,000, paid twice per month. Position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
