The Splicer will perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned area. Required to cross train across company departments based on business needs.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Set up machine according to pre-defined parameters

Cut out non-conforming sections of Hose Trim and prep each hose endWeld 2 sections of hose together

Perform visual quality inspection of welded area Perform required leak test

Coil hose onto reel

Meet production rates

Handle other essential tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to understand and follow English instructions

Good basic math skills

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel

Ability to use hand and power tools

Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
