Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Lead, Continuous Improvement at our Euclid, OH manufacturing facility. This on-site role advances the CI vision and lean culture across the plant.
You will lead Lean Internal Audits, plan post-audit actions, conduct tool certification trainings, and chair the CI Council to drive safety, quality, and cost-out initiatives. A strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing is required.
