Manufacturing Manager

Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day aerospace production in a highly engineered casting and machining environment. You will oversee manufacturing teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Responsibilities include planning capacity and schedules, managing performance, and driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives across processes and equipment. Partnering with engineering, quality, and supply chain, you will support new product introductions, optimize throughput, and maintain compliance with aerospace standards while developing a skilled, accountable workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Supervise and develop production teams, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement, lean, and 5
• S initiatives
• Ensure adherence to aerospace and industrial quality standards and customer specifications
• Plan capacity, schedules, and resources to meet production demand
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain on new products and process changes
• Monitor KPIs, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with EHS policies and promote a strong safety culture
• Optimize use of equipment, tooling, and materials to reduce waste and downtime
• Support training, standard work, and documentation for manufacturing processes
