The New Grad RN Resident position at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is designed for recent nursing graduates seeking to develop their skills in a supportive environment. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care while participating in a comprehensive residency program.

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location: Euclid, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital
• Department/Unit: Euclid Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
• Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience.
• Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• New grad or less than one year of RN work experience
• If experienced, must have less than one year of current acute direct patient care RN experience

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
