Responsibilities
Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) – Part‑time, Day shift
- Primary responsibility for the day‑to‑day medical aspects of Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs (Adult Mental Health, Adult Dual Diagnosis, Adult Recovery, and Adolescent)
- Signing off on physician’s orders
- Implementing the patient’s treatment plan
- Completing medication reconciliation forms for all applicable PHP/IOP patients at admission and discharge
- Conducting education groups when necessary utilizing a variety of treatment modalities
- Communicating with referral sources, outside community providers, and family members as needed
- Participating in discharge planning and communicating with the provider for the next level of care
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s Degree strongly preferred - A minimum of 2years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment preferred
- Current unrestricted licensing in the State of Ohio as a registered nurse (RN)
- Trained in non‑violent physical crisis intervention and CPR prior to independent assignment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diplomacy and discretion essential
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Professional demeanor and appearance required
- Clean, well‑lit workspace
- Requires sitting or standing for long periods
