State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) – Long Term Care

Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem positions available.

Shifts:

7am‑3pm, 3pm‑11pm, 11pm‑7am. Alternating weekends and holidays.

• Act as the resident’s primary caregiver, providing support for all activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Notify a licensed nurse promptly of any changes in a resident’s status.
• Assist residents with feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation, personal hygiene, and toileting.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm; ability to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
