Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

Job Summary:

Provide specialized Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during night shifts, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs effectively.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with all hospital and regulatory requirements, including certifications and licensing.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio or Compact State license and provide proof at submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months recent Per Diem or permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Be certified in American Red Cross BLS and ACLS, active and in hand.
• Demonstrate recent Epic charting experience (within last 6 months).
• Provide a recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
• Successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and Safe Medicate assessments.
