American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift assignment requiring 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an OH or compact RN license.

• Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Required to work at least every other holiday
• Uses Epic for charting

• Active OH RN license or Compact RN license in hand required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for (charge RN references accepted)
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation, with a passing score required
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Permanent or per diem employees cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
• All requested time off must be discussed during the interview process
