The PRN RN – Float Pool position at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital involves providing nursing care across various units and departments, adapting to diverse patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)

• 2 years of recent related nursing experience for external candidates
• Internal candidates with less than 2 years of experience may be considered with CNO level review and approval

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
