Our highly esteemed client in Euclid is in need of a detail-oriented candidate to join their Quality Control Inspection team.
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM start
Rate of Pay:
Up to $25/hr- depending on experience
- Use of customer blueprints and schematics to inspect all machined parts meeting exact standards
- Conducting both visual and measurement tests on each product
- Identifying an errors and proper documentation of all findings
- Communication with proper channels for necessary changes and adjustments to production processes
- Removal of any faulty products from production line and notify management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous minimum experience of 4-5 years as a Quality Control Inspector specifically with Tolerance measurement within +/- .0005
- Familiarity with quality systems requirements including GD&T
- Detailed knowledge of quality control standards and use of precision measurement tooling including dial inspection tools including OC Micrometer, height gage, bore gage, caliper, etc.
