Schedules:- 6AM-130PM M-F & 6AM-6PM SAT
- $17-19 per hour + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)
We’re looking for Cooks who are excited to join our passionate, authentic, and courageous team. The Cook is responsible for preparing quality meals for patients in accordance with FDA Food Code standards, dietary guidelines, and company policies. This position plays a critical role in supporting the recovery environment through nourishing food and reliable service.
Responsibilities- Prepare meals based on established menus and recipes
- Ensure food is visually appealing and meets dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Monitor food supplies and assist with inventory and rotation
- Support food prep for catered functions or special events
- Participate in kitchen sanitation and food safety procedures
- Follow infection control and workplace safety standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Cook
- Food Protection Manager Certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare a variety of dishes
- Interest or passion for substance use recovery is a plus
- Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
