As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you provide an excellent shoe store experience by creating a welcoming environment and building engaging customer interactions. You stay informed about trends, share that knowledge, and strive to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are completed, keeping the store clean, organized, and shop‑ready.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates
• Positive communication with all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion with the Store Sales Manager
• Strong retail practices knowledge
• Effective teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

• Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height with proper equipment.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
