Position OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Associate/Consultant who enjoys providing a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will guide customers through the Spitzer value‑pricing process, introduce them to our vehicle lineup, and foster long‑term relationships.

ShiftFirst Shift
Responsibilities- Introduce customers to the Spitzer value‑price sales process and value statements.
- Facilitate an interview at a comfortable pace for the customer to discover preferences, needs, and buying motives.
- Present vehicles that meet customer needs and explore their interests.
- Involve customers in trade‑in evaluation, present financial proposition, satisfy concerns, and ask for the order.
- Conduct the Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers in a prescribed manner to develop loyalty.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people.
- Professional, ethical, and respectful.
- Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with ability to follow through.
- Proficient computer skills, including email.
- High school degree (equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
