** Security Officer - Immunization Clinic Patrol

** Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy healthcare location supporting vaccine operations, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visibly present to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activity, and deliver customer service through clear communication with staff, patients, and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior corridors, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or visitor authorization when required, and report concerns through established communication channels.

+ Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and other documentation per site requirements, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

* + This is a hospital site where vaccines are required.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
