Security Officer Driver Patrol Role in Cleveland, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post. Working with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while making a meaningful impact each shift.

Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, including assisting with de‑escalation and notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, support badge and entry screening processes as directed, and document security‑related incidents, observations, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Assist with traffic flow, lobby coverage, and patient care area observations as assigned, while helping to maintain order and supporting staff during routine operations and/or emergency situations.

• Hospital vaccines are required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
