Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, direction, and/or badge verification in accordance with location protocols and assigned post orders;
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities accurately and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to the appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed
