Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor screening, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a front desk location;
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining entry records, and directing associates, vendors, and/or guests according to site protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations, concerns, and/or unusual activity to the appropriate contacts;
Support daily front desk operations by answering questions, assisting with badge or pass processes, receiving deliveries when applicable, and helping to deter unauthorized access through visible presence and attentive service
