C&W Services - Up to $36.75/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems;
Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely completion within CMMS;
Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and recommend long-term, sustainable solutions;
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork while informally guiding and mentoring lower-level technicians;
Champion safety culture by modeling best practices and ensuring all work meets OSHA standards
