GLR Companies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead Lakeland Commons, a 197-unit apartment community in Euclid, Ohio. You will oversee the maintenance shop, drive the make-ready program, manage work orders, and ensure a resident-ready standard every day.
You will supervise on-site technicians, coordinate vendors, and participate in on-call rotations, maintaining OSHA safety and high-quality workmanship across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
