Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Euclid, Ohio – offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly.

  • $19.67 per hour hourly pay.
  • $29.50 per hour overtime pay.
  • $1.00 per hour when working 2nd shift.
  • Schedule:

    Sunday–Wednesday 11:00 am–9:30 pm.

Warehouse Associates work in a clean, organized, and well‑run facility to provide the safest supply chain environment.

  • Products handled:
    Consumer goods.
  • Equipment:
    Electric pallet jacks, RF scanner, sanitation tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least one year related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift operator's license certified.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Team player able to work within a diverse work environment.
  • Professional relationship building across all levels.
  • Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, with good attendance.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Adheres to health and safety methods and flexible schedule. Detail oriented with follow‑up practices.
Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
  • Follow performance measurement guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading.
  • Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading.
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
