We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality standards of our production processes. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective quality control systems, ensuring both new and existing products meet rigorous standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product quality conformance.
  • Design, execute, and report on test plans utilizing scientific methods to ensure product reliability.
  • Provide technical support for receiving inspections and develop comprehensive inspection procedures.
  • Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) to implement corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Analyze product performance data and suggest improvements to enhance quality standards.
  • Plan and control processes to maintain product quality, including material control and acceptance sampling.
  • Conduct Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and lead related projects to resolve quality issues.
  • Engage in environmental initiatives to support the development of greener products.
  • Conduct thorough audits of suppliers and address quality concerns to ensure compliance with company standards.
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within a similar industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in influencing decision-making and building relationships within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage teams effectively under tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality systems, methods, tools, and international standards.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and familiarity with quality improvement tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective policy development and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
