Job Overview

Debone Labor Trainee – 2nd Shift. Responsible for learning and performing all jobs on the debone training line.

• Use knives and scissors safely while following company safety guidelines.
• Wear all required protective equipment.
• Maintain standard job performance to ensure a consistent product flow.
• Stand for the entire 10‑hour shift.
• Accept and carry out requests and directions from supervisors, line leaders, or knife sharpeners.
• Notify supervisor of any knife issues (dull, lost, broken).
• Learn other duties as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

On‑the‑job training is required. A 365 day rehire waiting period applies. The maximum rehire rule is 3 times.

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
• Willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with knives.
