Job Description:

This position is responsible for learning all jobs on the debone training line.

The Debone Trainee will learn all jobs including but not limited to:
Loader, Shoulder Cutter, Wing Roller, Tender Scorer, Clipper, Breast Puller, etc.

• Must be able to use knives and scissors.
• Must wear all protective equipment used in performing debone jobs.
• Must be able to maintain standard job performance to continue effectively and efficiently with consistent flow of product.
• Ability to stand throughout a 10 hour shift.
• Willing to accept and carry out instructions and directions given.
• Must notify supervisor, line leader, or knife sharpener if something is wrong with a knife (dull, lost, or broken).
• Willing to learn other duties.
• Must keep work area clean.
