• Ensures that each guest receives outstanding customer service.
• Assists customers with purchases and pricing.
• Operates the cash register system and applies basic math skills including basic addition and subtraction of money.
• Understands item pricing and “color of the week”.
• Maintains the sales floor and dressing room appearance by organizing shelves, putting away carts, and returning merchandise from the dressing room back to the sales floor.
• Asks customers to “Round‑Up” totals in support of our mission and/or scholarship programs.
• Meets or exceeds daily retail store goals.
• Works other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

You will be hired as a Retail Associate – Cashier, however, you will be cross-trained and expected to learn and work all areas of the retail operation.

A part‑time position averages 20‑25 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate based on business needs (seasonal changes, donation volumes, etc.). Operating days will fluctuate based on store location. The Retail Associate – Cashier must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer service‑related environment, preferred.
• Warehouse experience, preferred.

• Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour
