Job Compensation
- Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour
- Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. The incumbent will investigate incidents, think critically, and solve complex problems.
