Responsibilities
Will be responsible for operating and repairing hospital heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry, painting duties and performing mechanical, repair and preventative maintenance services to equipment as needed.
EducationDesirable to be a high school graduate (diploma) or equivalent.
ExperienceDesirable characteristics include at least two (2) years of experience in a commercially related maintenance environment.
Licenses/CertificatesDesirable to have an EPA Certification for FREON.
