Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a fast‑paced operational environment. This role offers strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to work cross‑functionally with both finance and operations teams while helping improve scalable accounting processes.

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support month‑end/year‑end close processes
• Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support multi‑entity and intercompany accounting activities
• Prepare and manage multi‑state sales tax filings and compliance
• Assist with treasury, cash management, and banking reconciliations
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support audit preparation and maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Provide support across AR, invoicing, collections, and cross‑functional accounting initiatives
• Help improve reporting accuracy, automation, and scalable accounting workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills required
• ERP/accounting systems experience required
• Manufacturing, cost accounting, public accounting, or operational accounting experience preferred
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred but not required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Exposure to automation, AI tools, or process optimization initiatives is a plus
