Staff Accountant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $31.25 to $37.50/hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and GAAP standards
• Execute inventory and cost accounting functions, including valuation and tracking of assets
• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights to leadership
• Support the Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Assist in improving accounting processes and strengthening internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency

Staff Accountant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency with Quick Books accounting software
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
