This is a full-time, on-site role in Eugene, OR for a Senior Tax Accountant. The Senior Tax Accountant will handle day‑to‑day responsibilities such as preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and analyzing financial statements to optimize tax planning strategies. Additional tasks include conducting research on tax regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting overall accounting functions within the firm.

• Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and understanding complex tax regulations
• Strong experience in Tax and Financial Statements preparation
• Solid foundation in Accounting principles and practices
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and apply financial data
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• CPA certification or progress toward obtaining it is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with tax software and accounting tools

• $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
