Role Description

Accountants on the Go, LLC aims to be an “accountant for the people” by providing professional accounting services at an affordable cost. The company fosters a collaborative environment where clients are actively involved in their finances, specializing in income tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll for individuals and small businesses in Eugene, OR.

Accountants on the Go, LLC is seeking 1-2 Licensed Tax Preparers (LTP or LTC) for the 2026-27 tax season. This is an in-office position (no remote work available) with a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends).

Preparers are guaranteed a minimum of $30/hour + commissions ranging from 10-50% per return. Most preparers earn between $40-70/hour during the peak season.

• Minimum of 2-3 years tax preparation experience with the ability to meet with new clients and provide tax advice.
• Current LTP or LTC licenses required.
• Commitment to work with us for at least a few days during the extension season (Sept & Oct 2026) to learn software and processes before the peak 2026-27 season.
• In-office role with no remote work.
